Stop starting your day from an unread count.

Sound familiar?

How many tabs does it take you to start your morning?

The 7am scatter

Email in one tab. Calendar in another. Your sales numbers in a third. And your coffee is cold before you know what today actually needs.

The buried priority

The one message that mattered today sits under forty that didn't. You find it at 4pm, and now it's a fire instead of a five-minute reply.

The inbox-first day

Open email first, and your day belongs to whoever emailed you last night. Their priorities. Their timeline. Not yours.

Why I built this

I run three businesses on two hours a day. This is how.

This year I took a sabbatical. I run three businesses, and I left the United States for four months. I had two working hours a day, tops. There was no room for a scattered morning.

So I built myself one dashboard. Every morning it hands me my calendar, the short list of what actually needs me, my inbox already sorted with replies drafted in my own voice, and my numbers, pulled straight from my platforms. I read it in about a minute. Then I work my day off of it, tapping things done as I go.

It changed my mornings so completely that I turned the setup process into something anyone can run. Not my dashboard... yours. Built around your business, your tools, your voice, your numbers.

How it works

Six questions. Fifteen minutes. Every morning after, one screen.

1

Install the Builder

Upload one file to your Claude account. Claude checks which tools you have connected and tells you exactly what your brief can include.

2

Answer 6 questions

Your business, what counts as urgent, your calendar, your numbers, your inbox. Claude builds your personal Morning Brief skill from your answers.

3

Say the magic words

"Run my morning brief." That's it. One color-coded dashboard, every morning, before you ever open your inbox.

Read your whole day in under a minute

A real Morning Brief looks like this: color-coded, prioritized, and built from your actual data.

What's on your brief

Everything that matters. Nothing that doesn't.

01Your day, in columns

What needs you, what's on the calendar, what's coming up. Trello-style cards, color-coded by urgency, built fresh every morning.

02Your inbox, pre-sorted

Urgent, needs a reply, and everything else as a count. You see the three emails that matter, not the forty that don't.

03Replies in your voice

Claude learns how you actually reply from your real sent emails, then drafts responses that sound like you on your best day. You review, copy, send.

04Your real numbers

The 3 or 4 figures you'd check anyway, pulled from your connected platforms. Never estimated, never invented.

05Mark it done

Tap cards done as you work your day. The brief is a working surface, not a report you read and forget.

06Changes with you

New platform? New priorities? Say "update my morning brief" and your skill updates in about five minutes. No re-doing the setup.

Drafts that sound like you. Actually you.

Most AI email drafts sound like a press release wearing your name tag. Here's why ours don't: your marketing voice and your reply voice are two different instruments, and this system respects both.

Your brand voice

If you have a brand voice or writing-style skill in your Claude account, your brief finds it automatically and uses it for your words: your terms, your phrases, your banned list.

Your reply voice

Then it reads how you really answer emails, from your actual sent folder, and matches your rhythm: your greeting, your sign-off, your length, your punctuation.

What you need

If you can use Claude, you can run this.

  • A Claude account with the Skills feature (where you customize Claude)
  • Your email and calendar connected to Claude, which takes about two minutes in Settings
  • Optional: your sales platform or ad account connected, and your brief gets a money section too
  • 15 minutes for the one-time setup interview

No code. No website. No new software subscription. It runs entirely inside the Claude account you already have, on your own data.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. If you can upload a file and answer six questions in plain English, you can do this. The interview does the technical thinking for you, and the quick-start guide walks you through every click.
What exactly do I need before I start?
A Claude account with the Skills feature, and your email and calendar connected to Claude (that's a two-minute authorization in your Claude settings). If you also connect your sales platform or ad account, your brief gets a money section. The setup interview checks what you have connected and builds around it honestly.
Will Claude send emails on my behalf?
Never. That line is what makes this safe to run every day. Your brief drafts replies and presents them to you in a copy-friendly block. You review, you send. Claude reads; you decide.
Is my data safe?
Everything runs inside your own Claude account, between Claude and the tools you've connected. Nothing is hosted on a website, nothing is stored on someone else's server, and your dashboard is built fresh for you each time you ask for it.
What if I don't run ads or use a sales platform?
Then your brief simply doesn't have those sections, and it says so plainly instead of showing empty tiles. Even with just calendar and email connected, the dashboard earns its place. Connect more tools later and say "update my morning brief" to add them.
How do the reply drafts sound like me and not like AI?
Two layers. If you have a brand voice or writing-style skill in your Claude account, your brief finds it automatically and uses it for your vocabulary. Then it learns your reply rhythm from 15 to 20 emails you actually sent: your greeting, your sign-off, your length. Observed voice beats invented voice, every time.
Can it run automatically every morning?
The brief runs on request by design: you say "run my morning brief" and it builds. If your Claude plan supports scheduled tasks, you can ask Claude to automate it. I recommend running it manually for the first week so the output is dialed in before you put it on autopilot.
What if my business changes next month?
Say "update my morning brief" and describe the change. Claude updates your skill and hands you a replacement file in about five minutes. You never redo the full setup.
Does this work with Outlook / Apple Calendar / my CRM?
The brief works with whatever you can connect to Claude, and the connector list keeps growing. During setup, Claude checks your connected tools and tells you exactly what your brief can include before you answer a single question, so there are no surprises after purchase.
One decision

Tomorrow morning can start differently.

Fifteen minutes of setup tonight. One quiet, prioritized screen tomorrow, and every morning after.
