Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, software platforms, digital tools, courses, memberships, templates, downloads, coaching services, consulting services, and AI-powered tools sold by MC Home Enterprises LLC, including but not limited to:

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

Digital Products & Immediate Access

Most of our products are digital and provide immediate access to proprietary materials, software, tools, downloads, templates, trainings, AI systems, or protected intellectual property.

Because access is provided immediately, all digital product sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

Courses
Memberships
Templates
Downloads
Design business tools
Digital guides
AI-powered tools
SaaS subscriptions
Software access
Designer Advisory™ access
Coaching or consulting materials
Recorded trainings
Private podcast access
Resource libraries
Any bundled digital offer
No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

This includes:

One-time purchases
Subscription payments
Annual payments
Monthly payments
Payment plans
Digital downloads
Software access
Courses and memberships
Templates and business tools
Coaching and consulting services
AI-powered platforms and tools

We do not offer refunds because a customer:

Changed their mind
Did not use the product
Forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal
Purchased the wrong product
Did not read the product description
No longer needs the product
Expected a physical product when the product was clearly digital
Did not complete a course, download, or training
Did not receive the business result they hoped for
Did not use the software or platform after purchase
Subscription Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund past payments.

If you cancel:

You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
Annual subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not want to renew.

Free Trials

Some products or subscriptions may include a free trial.

If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the subscription terms will be disclosed at checkout or signup.

You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the payment is non-refundable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered as a convenience.

A payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless specifically stated.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Stopping payments, disputing charges, or canceling a card does not cancel your payment obligation.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Loss of access
Account suspension
Collection activity
Legal recovery of unpaid balances
Additional fees or costs where permitted by law
Physical Products

If we sell a physical product, any return or refund terms for that specific product will be stated on the product page or checkout page.

Unless a product page states otherwise, digital products and digital access are not returnable.

Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We will review the issue in good faith.

A refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion if we determine that a true duplicate charge or billing error occurred.

Accidental Upsell Purchases

If you accidentally purchased an upsell or add-on, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

We may review the situation and, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for the accidental upsell if access has not been used or downloaded.

Requests made after 24 hours may be denied.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are happy to help locate access, resend login details, clarify product delivery, or review billing concerns.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product, subscription, software platform, or service may be considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

Suspend access
Terminate accounts
Revoke licenses
Dispute the chargeback
Provide purchase records, access logs, and checkout consent records to the payment processor
Pursue unpaid balances where permitted by law
Results Are Not Guaranteed

We do not guarantee:

Business growth
Revenue increases
Client acquisition
Marketing results
Advertising results
Social media growth
SEO rankings
AI output accuracy
Software performance outcomes
Specific financial or professional results

Your results depend on your own implementation, business conditions, market factors, effort, timing, and many variables outside our control.

Lack of results is not grounds for a refund.

Designer Advisory™ and AI-Powered Tools

Designer Advisory™ and any other AI-powered tools provided by MC Home Enterprises LLC are advisory and support tools only.

Nothing is executed, sent, scheduled, or finalized without the user’s approval.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use.

Subscription fees for Designer Advisory™ and related AI tools are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Cancellation stops future billing only.
