- You are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay the complete purchase price of $1,482 through all six monthly installments of $247.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until all six payments have been successfully completed.
- This purchase does not include a trial period and is not eligible for the 14-day refund provision described in The McClain Method Terms and Conditions.
- All payments are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- You may not cancel the remaining installments because you stop participating in, accessing, or using the program.
- Choosing not to use the program does not cancel, reduce, or forgive your remaining payment obligation.
- If a payment fails, access to Design Success Academy may be suspended or revoked while the payment remains outstanding.
